Our Story
Established in 1997, LUYUAN is one of the pioneering brands of two-wheeled electric vehicles in China, a driving force behind the formulation of national standards for E2W, and a leader in core technologies and intelligent manufacturing.
The group has 4 intelligent manufacturing bases globally, with a planned annual production capacity of 10 million units. Its products are exported to more than 80 countries and regions, and it has over 14,000 stores, serving more than 30 million users worldwide. LUYUAN is a national high-tech enterprise, a recipient of the Science and Technology Progress Award, and holds over 1,100 authorized valid patents. It pioneered the liquid-cooled motor globally, winning the first prize of the CNLIC's Science and Technology Invention Award.
LUYUAN Group Holdings Limited successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2023, stock code HK.02451. In 2025, LUYUAN Group announced a brand strategy upgrade, focusing on "e-mobility all-scenario" as a breakthrough point, targeting the mid-to-high-end market and the ecological service sector. It transformed from a single-brand operation to a "one-main-multiple-brand composite structure," embarking on a new journey as a leader in all-scenario e-mobility solutions. At the same time, we are actively developing cutting-edge ecosystems such as embodied robots to promote the ecologicalization of technology and the intelligent transformation of industries.
