Qingteng Plan

 

The Qingteng Plan is a three-year personal training and development program designed to help new employees grow rapidly. At the beginning of the program, all participants undergo centralized training to master the basic skills required for their positions. Subsequently, new employees will immerse themselves in various departments to experience the complete business processes, deepening their understanding of the company. Based on individual strengths and interests, new employees will be assigned to suitable positions.

 

In the following two to three years, the program will focus on practical experience and hands-on operations. We offer a mentorship system and class committee system, where mentors provide comprehensive guidance to new employees, covering work instructions, growth and development assistance, as well as personal care.

 

To ensure the effectiveness of the training, the company will conduct regular reviews on a quarterly basis and select outstanding talents based on their performance.
