We conduct annual performance evaluations, categorizing employees into A, B, C, and D ratings. The evaluation results serve as a fair and objective basis for awarding performance bonuses. Furthermore, we regularly review compensation packages to ensure they remain competitive in the market and reflect employees' experience and performance. In terms of work time management, our group strictly complies with national laws, with clear provisions in the Employee Handbook regarding overtime, timekeeping, attendance, statutory holidays, annual leave, and special leave.
