On February 18, LUYUAN Group celebrated the official launch of its Chongqing Smart Manufacturing Base, a state-of-the-art facility that sets a new standard for high-end, green, and intelligent production in the electric two-wheeler industry. As LUYUAN's most advanced manufacturing hub to date, the base integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data, Internet of Things (IoT), and AI-driven automation, solidifying its position as a “smart manufacturing demonstration factory” and home to the industry's largest single-unit assembly workshop.

 

 

 Advanced Production Capabilities:

Equipped with CNC laser cutting, automated welding, robotic spraying, and smart assembly lines, the facility ensures precision and efficiency at every stage of production.

Powered by a MES (Manufacturing Execution System), the base enables real-time production data analysis, enhancing transparency and operational control.

Unmatched Efficiency:

With 3 production lines running simultaneously, the factory can produce 300 e-bikes per hour, meeting the growing global demand for high-quality electric mobility solutions.

 

 

Green Manufacturing Leadership:

The base is designed as a “green factory”, implementing full-process green production and comprehensive energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives.
