LUYUAN Group's 2025 Commendation Conference Successfully Concluded

       On July 3, 2025, LUYUAN Group Commendation Conference was held at the Lecture Hall of LUYUAN University. The event was attended by Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ni Jie, along with other senior executives of the company.This year’s conference offered three participation formats, allowing all employees across the Group to witness a significant milestone in LUYUAN ’s journey—from an industry benchmark to a rising global brand—while collectively celebrating the honor of 25 years of outstanding achievements.

  • A Decade of Dedication: Honoring the Extraordinary in the Ordinary

A total of 107 employees from various departments were recognized for their 10 years of loyal service. Each was awarded a custom-designed gold pendant—a symbol of appreciation, a testament to a decade of commitment, and a promise for the decade ahead.

  • Excellence Recognized: Shining Stars of Achievemen

31 outstanding individuals and 13 exceptional teams received prestigious honors for their remarkable contributions and performance throughout the year.

 

       In his closing remarks, Chairman Ni emphasized the importance of unity and shared values. He called on all employees to embrace the “family culture” at the core of LUYUAN, to share in the pride and responsibility of the Group, and to continuously surpass personal limits. Together with LUYUAN, we strive to fulfill the dream of revitalizing Chinese manufacturing.
